So…I bought a bottle of beautiful burgundy ink at Papier Plume, a gorgeous little shop full of “fine supplies for the discerning writer” in New Orleans. And then proceeded to spill half the contents across my desk the first time I opened it. Fortunately I was able to salvage most of it, using a number of these watercolor paper envelopes I have lying around to soak up some of the ink. As a result, there are probably going to be several octopodes swimming through currents of burgundy coming up – hope you like them.
